Dark Skies in Marathon, Texas
Thanks to Marathon, Texas for the lovely screening

On April 22nd we had the opportunity to screen The Stars at Night at the Marathon Motel & RV Park in Brewster County and had a wonderful time with the screening, Q+A, and star party afterwards. If you didn’t know, the Marathon Motel has an impressive array of roll-off observatories where people host their telescopes and shoot deep sky astrophotography, and they host star parties in a field among the observatories, and (as we learned while shooting the movie) Brewster county is home to some of the darkest and most beautiful night skies in the country. Thank you to everyone who came out and watched the film! 😊
We want to say thank you to Robert and his team from Visit Big Bend for organizing the event and supporting us while we explored the Big Bend during production.
